The issue of sugar is important because so many people eat much more sugar than the recommended amount per day. It is important because if you eat too much of it, it can cause lots of illnesses, like heart attack, and diabetes type two. It affects teenagers by making them obese, angry, and aggressive. We can become more healthy by avoiding these foods:

  • Soft drinks
  • Candies and Sweets
  • Baked goods
  • Canned fruits
  • Dried fruits
