Maia – Using ASMR to help Insomnia

The health issue I would like to present today is about ASMR and Insomnia. It is using ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) to help people with insomnia. ASMR is noises that make you feel relaxed usually in the form of a video. Insomnia is having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep at night.

This issue is important because Insomnia causes behavior changes low energy, difficulty concentrating, changes in mood, and difficulty in work, school or relationships. But, ASMR allows you to relax and it can help people sleep.

I picked this because sometimes I have trouble falling asleep and I found out about ASMR and I wondered why these noises helped people fall asleep.

This issue affects teenagers It can help them relax and get more sleep so they can concentrate more in school . It can also make them less stressed because they can use it to feel calm.

Some interesting facts about this issue are  Some people naturally experience ASMR in their childhood. But not everyone can experience ASMR.

There are many triggers for experiencing ASMR.

Some are, watching someone paint, or the sound of someone whispering, or watching someone sweeping. It makes you feel tingles on your scalp and neck and it allows you to relax.

I believe that ASMR works for me because it helped me fall asleep and I could feel tingles when I listened to it.

In conclusion, this issue is important for you to know about because we are teenagers who are busy in school and this is a way for us to calm down. It is important for me because I can fall asleep easily using the videos.
