The affects of stress-Logan kanigan

I chose to do my project on the affects of stress because when i made it my life was under a lot of stress due to friends and family.  Stress is a hormone that is relist when the brain is under suppress. It was necessary for survival.  It can keep people on your toes but if you have stress to often it can be bad. It can make you do rash desertions and give you and insecure felling.

 

I learned that it is important for you to have some stress but i learned that if you have a lot of stress you can not concentrate and you cant focus. It can make you thing some things are correct when you are not.
