Healthy Habits and SMART Goals

Now that we know more about the 6 areas of Health, thinking about healthy habits and setting goals for ourselves this semester will be a bit easier.  In class we will be working on creating a Vision Board of 3 Wellness Goals that we will set for ourselves.  

 

 

Remember when writing your goals to use our S.M.A.R.T. formula:

S – Specific

M – Measurable

A – Achievable

R – Relevant 

T – Timed
