I chose this topic because stress happens to me a lot. In place like school, house and other places. It is really important to become aware about stress because if this happens with you, you might feel sad and mad or even worse you might even feel that you are lost.
There are lot techniques to treat stress. You can do relaxation techniques like meditation, talking with someone and other things. Stress is happens in a daily basis. The only thing you can do is treat it. Taking stress to seriously could be dangerous. It rare cases you might even feel that you don’t have a purpose in life and commit suicide so you have to be aware on how to treat stress
