This is relevant to me because I play a lot of sports, and I think more teens should play sports. This affects teenagers because most teens nowadays are unfit, due to all of the fast food they consume. I learned about how sports can affect everyone in a good way. Some problems connected to this are diabetes, because they don’t play enough sports but they eat too much sugar, and obesity, because they eat too much fast food and then they aren’t fit enough to play sports, making them unhealthy and sure to die early. My opinion was always that teenagers should play more sports, and my thinking was also the same.
