People become obese by eating too many fatty foods, and they don’t exercise enough. Well, so whats so bad about obesity? People who are obese will have increased chances of getting diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, sleep apnea, and gout. Seems bad, right? I’ts very bad. The best way to prevent yourself from getting any of those diseases is to not be obese, by following these tips: Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, and stay away from fried and fatty foods as much as possible. Spend less time in front of the computer, or television, and instead, exercise! You should be getting at least an hour of exercise a day.
